Shipping and Returns

We hope you love your purchase.  However, because our products are crafted by hand in small batches ALL SALES ARE FINAL & cannot be returned or exchanged.  We thoroughly inspect our products before shipping them out to you.  If your purchase arrives damaged please contact us within 5 days at hello@dutchatelierco.com.  Please include images.  Dutch Atelier does not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased at one of our retail partners.

SHIPPING:   Please allow up to 7 days for processing.  Shopify has negotiated the lowest possible shipping rates with the various carriers.  These rates are up to 80% lower than rates offered to the general public.  

NOTICE: During summer, candles may melt due to extreme heat, restricting our shipping options until temperatures drop. Upgraded shipping rates are discounted, with shipments scheduled only on Monday & Tuesday to prevent exposure to hot environments. We apologize for any inconvenience, ensuring your candles arrive in optimal condition.
